Our Journey
GlobalMedPrep started as a few notes and tips shared between two friends and batchmates, Ankit and Vishal.
As International Medical Graduates from India, we had to prepare for the USMLE exams and U.S. residency on our own. The process was confusing, the information was scattered, and we had no seniors or mentors to guide us.
We built this website from our own experiences and mistakes so that others can learn from them and avoid the same problems. What began as a small idea has grown into GlobalMedPrep, a platform that helps IMGs find guidance, save time, and move confidently toward practicing medicine in the United States.
Our Mission & Goals
Our mission is to empower International Medical Graduates with the knowledge and guidance needed to succeed in the USMLE. We aim to make information freely and easily accessible and create a level ground for everyone preparing for the exam.
